Return and Refunds (30 days)
At Aidisalam Calibration, customer satisfaction is at the center of our business. We take pride in delivering high-quality calibration services and products that meet international standards. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange a product.
To ensure a smooth and fair process, we have established the following Returns & Refunds Policy, effective for all customers:
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 business days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including manuals, certificates, and accessories.
A proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.
Exclusions
Certain items are not eligible for return unless proven defective or incorrect upon delivery:
Custom-made or special-order products
Clearance or discounted items
Consumables (e.g., batteries, accessories, or perishable materials)
Calibration services already performed (service fees are non-refundable, unless service quality was compromised due to our error)
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In the case of partial returns, refunds will be adjusted to reflect the value of the returned item(s).
Please note that bank processing times may vary, so the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The product was defective upon arrival.
The wrong item was delivered.
For defective or incorrect products, Aidisalam will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup through our logistics partners.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange a product instead of receiving a refund, you may request an exchange for the same or similar item (subject to availability).
Any price difference (higher or lower) will be adjusted accordingly.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or refund:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos if defective/damaged).
Our team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Ship the product securely to the address provided. Returns without an RA number may be delayed or rejected.
