1. Calibration Engineer

Location: Bekasi, Jawa Barat
Department: Technical Operations

About the Role:
You will be at the heart of our technical services, performing precise calibration and validation of a wide range of equipment. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive the highest standard of accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform calibration, adjustment, and troubleshooting of electrical, dimensional, and mechanical instruments.

  • Generate and review calibration certificates, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

  • Work directly with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide expert advice.

  • Maintain and manage laboratory standards and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a calibration laboratory or metrology environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of metrology principles and international standards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

2. Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Bekasi, Jawa Barat
Department: Quality Management

About the Role:
You will be the guardian of our Quality Management System, ensuring that every process and service meets our stringent internal standards and achieves accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and audit the company’s QMS based on ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001.

  • Conduct internal audits and assist in managing external audits from SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization) and other bodies.

  • Investigate non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.

  • Oversee document control and ensure all procedures are up-to-date and effective.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a relevant science.

  • Proven experience in a QA role, preferably within a calibration or testing laboratory.

  • Certified Lead Auditor training (ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 17025) is a strong advantage.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.

3. Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Bekasi, Jawa Barat
Department: Sales & Business Development

About the Role:
Bridge the gap between technology and client needs. You will use your technical knowledge to understand client challenges and present our calibration equipment and service solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Eastern Province.

  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, building strong, long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) or Industrial Technology.

  • Previous experience in technical sales, preferably in instrumentation, calibration, or industrial equipment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
